I’ve run delivery for over twenty years on global accounts like Toyota, Shell, McDonald’s, Kellogg’s, Coca-Cola.

I thrive on complex accounts: multiple partners, multiple markets. Integrated delivery with overlapping timelines, and board-level pressure.

I try to remove doubt from the equation. Three things can be right at once but we have to push ahead with a direction. Sometimes that’s through persuasion, sometimes it’s just making the call. Either way, the team can execute without getting blocked.

My primary focus is on the commercials. Strategy, creative and media are important, but someone has to own cost. When ten workstreams are running at once, I monitor the every-day financial decisions the team is inadvertently making.
