Expansion

Expansion brands arrive intent on taking control. They move the category into new territory and make themselves the standard to follow.

Speed matters but so does direction. The moves feel deliberate even when they come fast. Announce a leap forward, prove it in public, and the lead becomes hard to challenge.

This is reach with purpose. The aim is not to sell to everyone but to shape the conversation others are having.

Push too far and momentum turns into drift. Expanding into too many spaces, making promises that break focus.

At the opposite end is Stability. One thrives on visible change, the other on dependable sameness. Put both signals in front of a customer and trust collapses.

“Man is nothing else but what he makes of himself.”
Jean-Paul Sartre, Existentialism Is a Humanism
