On the face of it this is a simple Prize Draw but the range of prizes must have taken some organising and they change every day. It’s worth checking the daily prizes below to make sure you target the prizes you actually want.

Innocent give you 2 ways to enter: text or online. The text route involves texting a keyword plus the pack batch code to a short code. As well as being entered into today’s draw for a Garmin watch I received a 50p off coupon for another smoothie, which is a great way both to encourage repeat purchase and also repeat entry. I clicked on the link to redeem the coupon but was met with a message that read ‘oops… it seems you’re trying to print your gift via your mobile phone’. I’m not sure why this would be a surprise to Innocent but I was then asked to enter my email address so that the coupon could be emailed to me. Apparently you need a ‘proper’ computer to print it off. It’s not great to make the consumer cross channels like this but I did it anyway. I was then asked for my name, email, date of birth and location before being presented with a ‘print coupon’ button. I was then asked to download and install an application – a step too far for me.
