To enter, go to www.jpchenet.com and enter the unique code from the neck collar. The promotion is quite a heavy data gathering exercise, with 7 customer segmentation questions being asked as well as the usual name, postcode and email.

    I have attempted to enter the vineyard break to France – have clicked on to
    the “game” page – cannot find where to enter the unique code from my bottle of Chenet
    – I just get the game over page ! There doesnot seem to be a panel where I can enter the code ! The only open panel appeared to be the Search one. There was no indication where I should enter the code . Could you enlighten me please? Many thanks HJM
